Action Towing Dive Team, Inc

My experience was horrible. I reported them to the FPD immediately and questioned why would they be contracting with this company. Staff is horrible, my brother passed away in a car accident, all we wanted to do was get his personal belongings from the car yet the person at the front desk made us wait over an hour. A person came in after we did and she helped them before us. Then she proceceeded to take a phone call on her personal phone regarding what her plans were after wards and apparently going to Aldos, finding the right dress and heels, getting tacos are 3am and getting laid was a top priority for this person. I let her know her attitude towards was inappropriate and rude. When I asked for her name, she toned down her attitude because she knew we would be reporting her to the manager. Instead I called the FPD Detective working on our case and notified him of this issue. I would never recommend this place for anyone!!!
