I give it one star only because zero stars was not an option..Horrible customer service, the chick I worked with seemed like she hated her job and was so rude to me...then I called to see if could come in Saturday to make the payment, I mentioned that I spoke with the headquarters office and they said it shouldn't be a problem, when I mentioned it to the manager she said AND I QUOTE " Well they don't run this office I DO"...I was just flabbergasted at how rude she was about it...I cant even believe they would give a person like that a management position...therefore I will be filing an official complaint with the company because this location is ruining there reputation... NEVER COME HERE unless you absolutely have to..i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..in fact I would recommend them to stay away!!
