Joanne is an amazing hair stylist. Upon my first visit, she does a consultation of the kind of cut you want and evaluates your hair, texture, and face shape and is honest in advising you what is possible since everyone is different. I have very difficult wavy hair, but I was able to pull off a faux hawk. She is always very professional and courteous, providing the best customer service - I always feel I have her full attention and I am never rushed. She is great at doing her best to accommodate your schedule and always leaves a friendly reminder before your appointment a couple days before. Highly recommended!
