Al Baker's X R's Only

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a rod pin and bearing kit for an 04-05 trx450r and they sent me one for an 06 plus. Not sure if it was packaged wrong or wrong part number was ordered but I called and told them what I needed. Simple fix right? Send me the correct one with a return label and done deal. NOPE! I have called once per day every day this week and emailed them pictures of micrometer measurements of the one they sent me and the one I need. Every time I am told “let me check into it and I will get right back to you” have not received one email or phone call in return! And then today it was there “manager” that I talked too. He would get back to me within an hour.... ha! Worst part is I have my first ice race in just 12 days now that I am probly going to miss due to these guys! I should not have to go elswere And purchase it again but they are leaving me no other option. Extremely disappointed
