Had a very poor customer service experience here. I tried to return some shoes that I had worn once and were already breaking, but instead of politely saying I could not return the shoes all I got was attitude and a begrudging offer to get store credit that I had to use that second. You could politely explain store policy to your customers and I would be fine with that.
