After first visiting another place who wouldn't tried the scan but then would not provide the service because the scan was not clear enough (due to the prints themselves not being distinct), we came here. They explained the process well, told us why scans were not always clear and did the scan. Price is competitive at $20 plus DOJ/FBI processing fees ($49)
