After ordering pickup and having to wait an additional 20 minutes once getting there I asked for a single serving of white rice to my order and instead of just adding it no charge for the additional wait they charged me $2. Disappointing that they couldn't recognize an opportunity to create a good customer experience out of a negative one. After the fact I find out that they overcharged me for one of the entrees I ordered. Already the food was good but the experience was not.
