American Tow

Im only giving one star because I have to. This company definitely deserve none. I was in a car accident, and my car was taken to the worst place ever @AmericanTow. A few days later went to get something out and was not allowed on the yard were my car was, told me I had to pay "$110 to remove a item". Almost 3 week's later my insurance company told me to remove my things and after they couldn't find my paperwork was allowed on the yard to find my own car! My car was broken into (BUT THEY HAD THE KEY) things where stolen, trashed, and broken. Called the manager who was rude! only to be put on hold for 20min and then was ask what was I on hold for and was told Someone will contact me about my complaint. Been looking for a corporate number or any higher up to speak with.
