The car wash did not work so I pulled my car to the front of the store where the employee could clearly see that the car still had soap completely on the back half of my car. Not only did the employee say that can't do anything for me, they basically called me a lair. I asked them to come see the car still with soap all over it and they told me that they cannot leave the register. I just lost my money for incompetence and a defective car wash. How can this place operate a business without providing service?!?
