Angel and his Team are incredible. They did everything as promised with tremendous foot traffic at the limited amount of Open Houses they organized. It was only due to our decision to keep our home that a sale did not take place. We highly recommend this office and plan to use them again when we do decide to put our home back on the Market. Originally, my wife and I are from Santa Monica and we were introduced to Whitter by The Angel and Patty Team by Keith Hernandez. He showed us homes in the different areas of Friendly Hills and we instantly fell in love. He showed us this house and it was an absolute dream home with an amazing view. We made an offer and he made it happen. The one thing I really liked about Keith was he is very honest, diligent and professional. We did have some difficult communications and negotiations with the other party but not every transaction is perfect. We are very thankful for everything he has done and will absolutely recommend using him and the Angel & Patty team
