Animal Medical Center

Wouldn't take my animals here ever again unless I could be guaranteed to get Dr. Katie. But even then, the prices are quite expensive. We had a pet emergency and had the misfortune of having Kent Jackson. He was rude, insensitive and didn't take the time to listen to our dog's existing medical conditions or take into consideration our dog's age. He seemed more interested in making us feel guilty about our dog being injured and getting our credit card info than in giving us helpful information. We were already upset by what was happening and he made us feel like we didn't have any options. The next morning we got to talk to Dr Katie. She was a breathe of common sense, decency, and humanity. She had examined our dog and then took the time to listen to what Jackson should have listened to. After hearing everything, she gave us the information we should have been given the day before, and the support we needed to make an informed decision about a very difficult situation. In the end, we had to let go of our sweet old guy. I am just glad it was Dr. Katie there at the end and not Kent Jackson.
