This was the most horrible experience. I was sent here by the Kaiser Advice Nurse. They mixed me up several times with other patience, they asked me to pee in a cup but to make sure that someone puts my name on it, and then they tell me during discharge that I was never pregnant, why was I here.

Was sent here by Kaiser Urgent Advice nurse for erratic heartbeat. Waiting for 5 hours and still not being seen by medical staff. Heartbeat fluctuating between 75 and 155. Was told not to eat or drink anything before coming in. I am diabetic and have not eaten since noon. Blood sugar tested at 84 an hour ago and still no food and sugars dropping rapidly
