Average quality of work. Not really great with attention to detail. Noticed a few things: 1. Paint had some pretty bad orange peel in the areas that were resprayed. I know it's hard to get a perfect finish, but it was significantly worse than the aged OEM paint. After calling attention to it, they tried to knock it down some but the bumper still has some pretty terrible orange peel. I will say that to the untrained eye they did a good job with blending. 2. Why would you chirp the tires on a cold engine? Shows a distinct lack of respect and really doesn't inspire confidence. Especially in front of a customer. 3. After repairing a minor fender bender I can tell that they lost the screws for the bumper. It's still held on, but this is definitely not great attention to detail either. None of this stuff inspires confidence. What I had was a minor fender and bumper repair, but what if they had to tear out major portions of the crash structure and reweld parts of the frame? If you aren't picky about attention to detail then this place is good. But if you care about these details I would go somewhere else. Certainly not deserving of the near 5 star average that it has now.
