I'm moving out next week.we have had a year lease.I've disliked living here since probably a month after we moved in.the kitchen sink has leaked since we have moved in everytime you use it we have told them a few times and they have scheduled and rescheduled it to be fixed they never called to tell you it's rescheduled they just leave noted taped to your door and if it falls off oh well for you and when they do leave notes they never knock to let you know.most of the walls are badly painted and have cracks that we were not warned about.the dishwasher is badly put on so it also leaks.they say this is a non smoking community but the tenants smoke on the balconies and I have a 3 year old daughter.they told us the pool would reopen a month after we moved in just in time for summer and it has never reopened and is still closed.they are literally always doing construction on the apartments and calling it beautifying the community.it's something new every month and they start at 7 o'clock in the morning with the jack hammer.I usually get off around 1130 and having to hear that early practically every morning is not welcoming believe me. I understand we have to pay rent for the last month but they wait til 6 days before we are supposed to pay to let us know how much when I gave them a notice at the beginning of the month.so I don't not recommend living here the rent is to expensive for all the issues here and all the utilities add on to the rent is way to much

Before you move in or sign a contract read this. I lived here for the past year and a half. In my first 6 months I noticed that almost all the apartments around me have tenants moved in and out several times. People move in and then move out in a short time. They must be unhappy about some or several things. The first thing is the rent. The management keeps raising the rent on you on a continuous basis. They tell you you can sign a lease for 3 months once your lease is over you receive a notice of rent increase or you have to pay ridiculous extra amount of money for month to month rent. And if you ask why The will literally tell you in a rude way move out just like what they told me. Very Unprofessional very poor customer service. They raised my rent 4 times already. If you have kids this place isn't for you the smell of the weed is always in the air. No storage cabinets in the unit and it's too small. Buildings are very close to each other you always feel like your privacy is attacked. Couple accidents happened were cars and apartments got broken into. I asked to talk to a manger they refer you to Julie who identify her self as a director of the company but she is not helpful at all. Its a mangement company they dont care for the business like The owner. I asked to talk to the owner of the place they won't give you the information. Owner if you read this I would like to speak with you this place is mismanaged. The only good thing I can think of is that the maintenance guys are nice and helpful. Now I just can't wait to move out and find another place to live.
