Autocom Nissan of Concord

These guys are great! I dealt with Paul and he had such amazing customer service skills! From the moment I called and spoke with Paul he was nothing but sincere. Never tried to upsell me or anything. Paul said I can stop by any time with no appointment needed and he would take care of me personally and he was right. I arrived a few hours later and Paul took care of me and my car and had me in and out within 15 minutes. (When you are trying to get your car worked on with an infant, time is of the essence!) Turned out to be a simple battery replacement was all that was needed to get my keys working again. I highly recommend Autocom Nissan of Concord. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Paul! :)
