Steve FM (Floor manager) did not take initiative in customer satisfaction. Steve FM not only refused to properly price check a sales item on the BabiesRus website, he rudely insulted customer's intelligence in front of other team members.
Steve FM intentionally was unapologetic after both occasions. The first occasion the customer respectfully mentioned another BabiesRus branch confirmed the online price check but unfortunately did not have the item in stock, so the sales associate referred the customer to visit the Ontario branch where (5) item #451607's were available. The second occasion the customer returns to the store after a phone call with the Rancho Cucamonga, CA branch that the item was indeed available for sale at the sale price online and at the Ontario, CA branch.
Customer returns to Ontario, CA branch and brings proof of online sale price/item via BabiesRus mobile-website--Steve again insults customers intelligence through his redundant demeanor and actions, re-checking the store site as if the customer was an ignorant young minority.
After successful purchase, Steve threatens to refund customer's purchase after 24hours of failure pickup.
