My dog has chronic seizures that are controlled by medication. She has taken the same medication and dosage for years. Last August I brought her in for a full exam and blood test and everything was fine. I asked for a refill today and they requested that she needed to come in for a full physical and blood work, even though it wasn't even a year that had elapsed since the last exam. My dog will need to take this medication the rest of her life, there was no reason for two exams and blood tests within a year, except to make money and pad their bottom line. So, much for customer service. P.s., the doctor Salazar couldn't return my phone calls, or come to the phone; She was to "BUSY" !!!# this after hours.....
