I went in to this particular Bank of America during my lunch break today and informed the associate that I was in fact on my lunch break and only had 45 minites. I asked how long the wait would be to get a new debit card and he informed me it would be 30 minutes. I put my name on the list and left to get lunch. I came back and the associate informed me that I would be next. I continue to wait another 15 minutes and finally asked the associate how much longer it would be. He told me it would be another 5 minutes. I told him I did not have 5 minutes and actually did wait another 5 minutes and still nothing. I finally told him I had to leave and clock back in to work. I'm incredibly frustrated that I wasted a one-hour lunch break waiting over 45 minutes to be helped with ZERO results in getting a new debit card. This is ridiculous! This is now the second Bank of America I have had to go to in the last two days where I was not able to be helped within a 1-hour tine frame.
