1. i went to open an account about two years ago they promised to give like $100 to anyone who opened an account and then when i got it open i was told they couldnt do it becuase of some technical rule. the teller actually told me it was just a ploy to get poeple in. i swear to this. 2. everytime i go in there they try to aks me if i want to open a credit card. i tell them everytime that i dont want one. and finally had o put a request on my account to stop trying to sell me on it. they wont work with you when u go in until they are done giving there two minute pitch. this bank is a joke. they are like one step below used car salesman. 3. i spent 45 minutes on the phone with there call center requesting to stop getting mailoings for new credit cards or special offfers. the worst part is that they put it in envelopes that look importnt to scare you to opening it. the envelopes have titless like urgent material related to your account. or urgent open imediately. they are very slimey at bank of america. 4. about a month ago i went in to the bank and the staff was so rude i was so offended i closed my account and opened one with chase. chase is a real bank that cares and will treat you with respect. maqnager of this place is always a minority too. he also doenst care. hes the worst. 5. bank of america will probubly request this post being deleted. they cant own up to anything.
