Bed Bath & Beyond

Pretty standard as far as BBB locations go, but I have to say the last few times I've been the cashiers and customer service staff have been really rude. The last time I visited with my wife and the cashier was openly relunctant to help us and very rude to my wife because we "didn't present the coupon right," whatever that means. Would be a better rating for better staff.

Kim helped me order something not in store. She gave me good personal friendly customer service. Would give 5 stars but only 3 of the valances were available....I wanted 4. Thank you Kim!
