Larry and Lory are the best, and if I ever need work done on my vehicle I am going to Bernal Autobody. I was involved in a rear end collision on Friday October 27. My car’s rear end was in bad shape, but I thought it was still drivable. I set up an appointment for the following Friday with Bernal Autobody. On Monday, I opened my trunk to get something for school and the trunk would not relatch. At that point I deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive, and at 5 o’clock I did not know what to do. I called Bernal Autobody (after hours) and Larry answered. In a show of kindness and excellent customer service, he said it would be okay for me to drop off my vehicle with him that day. I was thrilled. My number one concern throughout this process was to get my new hyundai repaired properly. I never once worried about that when my car was in the hands of Bernal Autobody. Update: Since receiving my vehicle back I wanted to give a report on the quality of the repairs. Top notch. My first thought was how the vehicle looks as good as the first day I purchased it last year. I am so happy with the way my car looks. If you are looking for a quality repair then this is the place to go. I am very OCD when it comes to noticing defects on my vehicle, and I am very satisfied with the premium service.
