We needed umbrella insurance and had a complicated mess of vehicles and properties in different states and with different companies, on top of a costly flood a couple years ago. Kristina took the time to explain everything to me - how umbrella insurance works and the requirements - and methodically go through each insured item with me and what it would take to get the best discounts and the coverage we needed. It's so much better having everything consolidated now. I can just go to one website to view, pay or get insurance cards for anything - anytime, anywhere.
