Called on phone to see how much an alignment was and if I needed an appointment. Two simple questions. Was put on hold immediately and waited for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back and got through to an representative. Was asked "How may I help you?" And when I was about to ask my question I was put on hold for 5 more minutes. Hung up and called back and finally got my questions answered. Horrible Customer Service.
