Great place to eat with a great team behind the counter; I was very impressed by the staffs willingness to answer my brothers questions regarding the ingredients (he's trying to eliminate gluten and soy from his diet). They even brought out the bag of vegan cheese they use for the vegetarian pizza to assure him that it met his dietary requirements.
Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. The traditional red sauce has simple flavors, button its done well. The thin crust is crunchy on the outside and just the right amount of chew on the inside. Toppings are placed with intention and provide good coverage to the surface of the pizza; no skimping on the pepperoni here! I got my pizza in under 10 minutes and the refills on soft drinks are free.
The decor is urban with a bit of an industrial touch. It fits perfectly in the orange circle since it seems that everyone is going for that hipster hangout look. This location is bigger than other blaze restaurants in OC and the seating the arrangements seem to accommodate a decent amount of people.
I recommend Blaze if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat. The prices are reasonable; I think I paid under $10 for my pizza and drink.
