We dealt over the course of several days with the Loose Freight dept. Terribly Rude, not willing to help, the worst customer service I encountered in a very long time. A female employee (will not reveal her name as I believe her attitude is a reflection from lack of proper management) cursed at us by phone. We got hanged up on repeatedly. We are in the freight business and dealt with CFS all over the country. BOBAC took the win by being the worst.
