One of my best visits to any store ever. Jackie's customer service was more like having a "friend" helping who knew where everything I needed was in the store in my size! I ended up buying more than I expected because she was able to give me so many choices. She also found exactly the hat style to best fit my face. She's a keeper. You need to clone her. Thank you for the great shopping experience. I was smiling all the way home with my perfect fitting western shirts, 2 pair well-fitting Ariat boots with the leather cleaner and how to use advice, and the special, for my style, black hat (And surprise! Store your hat upside down to protect brim!) She kindly offered to help carry to the car. Exceptional customer service.
