Bright Smile Dental Care

Very disappointed in this place. I switched to this dentist because he had more availability. At my previous dentist I had x-rays a month before my appointment at Bright Smile - x rays were fine, no cavities (never had a cavity in my life). Bright Smile takes x-rays and says I have two cavities in the same tooth and insurance doesn't cover the cost, so it'll be around $300 out of pocket. My wife goes in for her appointment and is told the same thing - 2 cavities in the exact tooth mine were in. Now I'm more than a little suspicious. I pull up my x-rays when he's out of the room and see no cavities, even taking a picture to show a dentist friend who doesn't see cavities either, so we switch to a new dentist. My wife just got her x-rays today at the new place and low and behold, no cavities. I won't go as far as to accuse Bright Smile of committing fraud - I'll let you draw that conclusion for yourself.

Loved it loved him nice people great experience after 3 abscess on one tooth in one month its finally gone and it was taken in a very nice manner gental hands kind words even put on my favorite music to relax me western dental scared me for life but this dentist was the best I ever had and I will keep going

I have scheduled an appointment and at the last minute the doctor had "an emergency" so he wasn't available. I of course believed the receptionist but the next day I went again since I rescheduled and the fame thing was said that he had an emergency....... The worst office in Hemet CA. Don't ever go there. Thru have the worst reviews and the lowest stars. Even reading these reviews scared me.
