I contacted the Health environment and served the owner a legal copy to fix some things that needs fixing with holding the rent pay back until he does fix what needs repairs he gives me an eviction notice then comes knocking on door asking if he can repair some things? I asked if he is evicting me he says yes my answer to his request is no I'm following up with housing rights for renters and the health Dept. He is very crooked no one should move here and be treated this way
