I would have not given a star but I have to leave at least (1) for the review. I went in for highlights and layered cut. The lady who did my hair destroyed it. I had beautiful long black hair. Highlights were ugly and scattered. the hair cut was what really made me mad. She cut almost all of my long hair and left my cut up to just above my shoulders and that is NOT what I wanted. She misunderstood length request and when she attempted to fix it was all over for my beautiful hair. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. I don't recommend their service at all.
