Capitol Chevrolet

We had a great experience working with Christina, Paul, and Oscar to purchase a new Chevy Bolt EV this weekend. Christina was very patient with us last week in answering all of our questions and we even went for a test drive with our toddler and car seat in the back to test out the rear seating! We then worked with Paul for the sale, and he was friendly, honest, and helped us get a great deal on the Bolt. Finally, Oscar in Finance efficiently took us through all the paperwork, and we were in and out of the dealership relatively quickly. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had.

I enjoyed working with Eddie again in the Service Department. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He provides a reasonable estimate of how long the job will take--and then makes sure it will get done right. Capitol Chevrolet is a really busy dealership for a reason--and I think it is a good place to do business not only for the vehicles equipped with Onstar which I make good use of--but for the people who work there. Regarding the purchase of my AWD Equinox which I really like, I had a good experience with Armando Arteaga and Paul Duran who are also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
