Capitol Square Mall

I went to Wells Fargo Bank. It was on a busy Saturday afternoon. As I arrived, a car was pulling out located facing entryway to bank. I was quickly greeted with how can I be assisted my name was written on await list to speak to a banks rep. Wait was 45 mins. For a extremely busy day I guess the wait was normal. Everyone was cordial and helpful. Customers have a variety of language reps available to them when needed. Great for excellent customer care.
