By the far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Called on a Monday asking if it was possible to put a hold on a vacation rental until Wed. because I wanted to rent a property and wanted to pay via cashier check so I needed a few days to move money around. They do "24 hour holds", so that Mon. I asked to do a hold at roughly 3:00PM. Called again Tuesday same time, to do another 24 hour hold. Called Wed. same time, to pay for everything IN FULL. Talked to the manager and she told me that they had already rented the cabin to someone else and that there was nothing they can do about it, because someone else paid for it, from my understanding when someone puts a "hold on rental" it typically means no one has access to it, guess I was wrong. Very disappointed and upset by the lack of professionalism in this company.

Asked several times for them to send a plumber over to fix the toilets in the rental house we were staying in. Four of the five days we had backed up systems that entered the showers. After three days, they finally sent someone over after many calls and it only took the man half an hour to snake the pipe, fixing it immediately! Terrible service by these people. Did not even lead us to the house we rented until we became lost in the maze of this tourist trap and had to return for help- did I mention there is absolutely no reception out here, and even when we chanced a spot, they would not answer their phones several times, even minutes before I walked inside to find them chatting and ignoring my call! How rude for the amount of money we spent to vacation here.
