They've even texted me when charges appear from internet sources to verify their validity. The only thing that they don't do that my long time credit union does, is advance me cash a few days prior to my 2 monthly automatic deposits, which is very helpful some months. If they did, I'd only have one bank, Chase.

Entered bank and greeted by nicely by lady in lobby, asked what I needed. Mortgage info. She said have a seat someone will be right with you. After 25 minutes I asked her how much longer, she said 2 minutes. 13 minutes later a very young man came out an introduced himself and asked what I needed. I said info on mortgage and foreclosures. He said he wasn't that up to speed with mortgages and recommended I go to MLS.com to get the info. Hour at the bank washed time.
