Only reason I gave 1 Star was cuz mine and mother in laws food was edible and the wait wasn’t too long. But we ordered my husbands pretzel burger plain with just cheese no sauce or veggies. We said something and they literally just wiped off the sauce and half of the cheese. Being understanding of how busy it was he continued to eat it only to find out it was rare! Like super rare. Red! But he still didn’t complain. We were waiting for our to go boxes as a cockroach climbs from a crack in the wall. My husband grabs it with a tissue and puts it in a empty cup but it jumps out!! We all then jump up and had scooted the booth a little from abruptly jumping up and another one came out from the cushions. I had to warn the couple behind me. The manager then comes out and gives us our meal free but how long were we sitting there and how many cockroaches crawled on my feet? Or on my leg? What did they wipe my husbands cheese burger with when they wiped off the sauce? It’s been 30min later and we’re atull disgusted!
