I work in Insurance and am going for my DBA. I am from the Bay Area and have never been to such a bad Computer Technician as Laird is. He sold me an HP computer (used, but he said it worked) and it hasn't worked from day one. He fixed it, charged me for it, and now won't accept my phone calls.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
