Employees follows whatever directives have been given to them and for sure is respectful to visitors. But I personally did not found them inviting or the processes set-up to be friendly. Lot's of grim faces looking to collect loads of papers, either as forms to filled-in or photocopies. Wish this place has positive vibe and gave less surprises to visitors. To PoA service seekers, make copies of ALL the documents you carry!
