Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel

The location was lovely and quiet which is the ONLY reason why they have 3 stars BUT the hotel itself was dirty, under construction and smelled weird. The hotel staff was not very friendly or informative, they couldn't even tell me how to use the parking key. At the end of my stay they tried to charge me a daily rate for parking and I didn't even park in the lot because I didn't know how !!! Oh yea another downside, you have to pay for parking which they have none ! AND they share a parking lot with a car rental company. I'm not putting off ALL crowne plazas, just this one . Don't waste your time
