Long story short I will never refer or go to a place that doesn’t communicate the exact price prior to completing the work. Jack not only didn’t call me to give me the exact price because as he put it he assumed I was ok with the estimates he had given me which was minimum of 1100-1400. When I tried to have a conversation with him at the location it didn’t turn out so well. We both ended up yelling in the office in front of other customers and he even offered to take parts out of my car if I wasn’t happy. When I asked which parts he would take out he said he would take out the differential and I could have my car towed. I have never been treated to rudely and disrespectful in a professional environment (I assumed it was professional).
