Yeah, just as a suggestion, if you're not going to be any cheaper than anyone else, I would recommend having a better attitude towards your customers. I was apparently an inconvenience as soon as I walked in the door. Poor attitude when I asked for a vacuum part, poor attitude when I asked questions. I'll just go to Sew Pro up the street from you and not waste your time from now on.
