Last summer I took my first PADI certifications. I started with Open Water, moved to Advanced and then completed Rescue Diver. All of this was within 8 weeks. Richard Musselman was my instructor for these courses. I found him to be a passionate teacher about the wonder of SCUBA diving as well as the importance of safety. Never did I hear him brush off a rule or regulation for convenience but instead, he would give us the reason for the rule, reminding us that this was to help prevent a disaster. Lessons were presented in a clear, uncluttered manner. Not a lot of time on explanation, but more time on actually "doing". He was responsive to my occasional fears but made it clear that he felt I could do it and wouldn't quit until it was done. His expectation was high, but I felt supported the whole time. Diving with Richard and his wife Kristi, is fun, safe and always educational. It is clear they have a deep love of the sport and hold all their divers to a high standard. It is my pleasure to highly recommend them and the Divers Inn MX.
