Wow... to think this place has good reviews. GO CHECK YELP! It tells the truth. Btw, Jeanette is one of the leasing ladies at Eaves and I have honestly not met someone so rude and condescending towards tenants. I called looking for something in my old apartment, mentioning how getting a hold of them was hard and she immediately dismissed my complaint as if I was not only wrong but how dare I even say that sorta thing went on, I was just so shocked. How can someone be so unprofessional towards a tenant at your own job?! Still in disbelief, they need to work on customer service skills... ESPECIALLY JEANETTE!!! (And if you check yelp... others complained about her too)
