El Pollo Loco

What the restaurant chain offer is really good and full of choice. It serves different varieties of Mexican food and also has the same cheap $20 family combo that all chicken based restaurants. All restaurants have a salad bar for all your sauce needs, cilantro, onion, jalapenos, and pico de Gallo. This specific restaurant though, isnt the best I've been to, in fact it's probably the worst pollo loco I've found. The burritos always come out with an almost burnt or hard(really crunchy) tortilla, instead of a soft and squishy feel. Last time I went there, it gave me stomach problems. Although, the service is amazing and the food still taste great, just not as good as other restaurants

This rating is for San Bernardino E street location. This location used to be my favorite but has lost their touch. Management needs to step in and correct some issues
