Extended Stay America - Pleasanton - Chabot Dr.

Not terribly pleasant. Much of the staff was surly. Breakfast was a joke. Rooms and hallways look and feel very cheap. Paper-thin walls. At least my room was clean. Friends who have staid there in the past had horror stories about what lurks under the bed.

We booked directly through them and received a confirmation number. They said once we booked it’s nonrefoumdable. When we came to check in at pleasanton, they said there is no room available!!!! While online extended stay center says there are many rooms available!
