The first couple of times we went for our cat the vet staff were very nice. But then after a miscommunication with the doctor and the secretary about our cat's treatment, the secretary became very rude and showed attitude over the phone. And it was not the first time either. When I called them back after a vet visit asking if we could come back in because our cat needed a urine test, the secretary got defensive and short, saying they hadn't known our cat needed a urine test in the first place. I told her it was fine, and I wasn't blaming them at all but she was still very rude and short with me. We called back today to set up another appointment and as soon as we stated our name and our cats name the secretary once again gave us an attitude, giving us short and clipped answers. And that was it for us! We'll be going to another vet from now on. The doctor is nice but with all of the missed communication and high expenses for everything, and being treated so rudely by the secretary it's not worth it anymore.
