A simple case of ordering the wrong entree. I came in for the grilled salmon salad which looked positively delicious on the plates I saw while waiting. After perusing the menu, I changed direction and ordered the pork loin with pumpkin polenta and mango chutney. The presentation was beautiful. Unfortunately, my pork was dry and overcooked. Fortunately the chutney and polenta (both delicious) added much needed moisture. Other than that, I would come back and give this restaurant another try. The service was spot on and professional.
