PACKAGE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU COME! They made me split what would have been about a 4lb package into 2 packages, packed them in oversized boxes, and then charged me for the boxes (Which I understand) AND the oversize nature of the boxes. Not only that, but the total weight of my shipment jumped to over 17lbs. Thanks, FedEx. What could have been about a $40-$50 shipment became a $176 shipment. Maybe you should inform a customer BEFORE you're ringing them up that they will be paying for the packaging AND the unnecessarily oversized nature of said package.
