Ferguson

They haven't earned my business. I have spent a lot of money at Ferguson over the last 10 years, but despite that, they have never made an effort to be particularly helpful resolving any issues or try to go above and beyond. They have a good chain of supply so that means they are often shipping quickly from their own warehouses rather than the manufacturer, but there are plenty of other places to buy from. Next time, avoid the run around and just go to Excel instead. Ferguson is now at the bottom of my list and I'll only call them after I've called everyone else.
