Firestone Complete Auto Care

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation on Saturday April 15, 2017 Took about 4-5 hours for car to get done . Once I got it home I noticed that the hub caps on my car are bent sticking out of the rim as well broken. If this firestone location can't even put hub caps on my car with out breaking them what does that say about the service . Called the manager Freddy at 7am on Monday 04/17/17 since they where closed on Easter explaining the problem and called him back at 8am allowing him to review the pictures I sent him . He's responds was got your pictures I will call you back once I finish with the customers i have . So once they got your money they really don't care about your situation or damage done to your car as a result of there inexperienced crew working on your car . Buyer beware it appears we are only a number at this location and they really don't care what damage they do to your car.
