Great dealership. Bought a new Accord and purchased the one we wanted. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the salesman Jim Gray because he was nice and could answer all of the questions I had about the new car. I would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Car buying at Folsom Lake Honda! Could not have gone any better. The internet team did it just right. Jim Grays timed it too good and to top that Grant Brewer helped me and my wife to test drive within 5 minutes of our arrival. Very courteous and listening to us! Answered every question we had and very well. No pressure sales whatsoever. They had us out the door with a new car totally financed (thanks Josh) in 3 hours or less. Today I went in for some repairs for my 2006 Honda accord and I was very nervous because I know how hard it is to find service people that we can trust and I was afraid that I might be taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. A great person name Brett Hoskins was the one to help me today and I am truly grateful for all he did to take care of me and help get my car back in roadworthy condition. He sensed that I was a bit nervous and went out of his way to help me feel comfortable and well taken care of and I appreciate it so much. I work hard and haven't had but a few days off in the last four years and to know that this person was genuinely trying to help me and save me money that I work so hard for made all the difference in the world. I wish I could give a 10 stars rating for all they did for me today. If you are looking for service people you can trust Folsom Lake Honda has some of the best people we can find.
