Foster City Parks & Recreation

This is the best hidden dog park. I guess that's a good thing for the people that have found it, if I found a good dog park I'd also hope not everyone knew about it. Idk if its because it has water access or apparently good place to go when it rains... (all in the reviews) but I NEVER found it. The address listed is a dead end to a whole bunch of buildings. There's a trail along the water but nowhere near is there a park or access to the water.
